  I attended the Tura Beach store early Saturday evening. The young guys who were there, were polite and greeted me. The slightly older man who served me, was completely rude. He didn't look at me at all, didn't smile, was abrupt and quite honestly made me feel like I'd done something wrong. My change was thrown onto a separate counter (not where I was served and stood waiting for my change) ....it was while I was waiting that I looked around and saw how dirty and unkempt the store was. I should've changed my mind and gone without pizza for dinner, but didn't. The photo is what was handed to me, it's a mess! Needless to say, the pizza was thrown, I couldn't stop thinking about how grotty the place looked.
  Moral of the story, I and none of my family will ever go back.

  Unbelievable! NO DELIVERY on a Tuesday night on the 27th Sept. School holidays. And its 7pm! Disgusting. You are a multi billion dollar franchise and you can't hire enough delivey drivers? Try Merimbula pizza or the Grapevine. They cost a lil more but it's worth it.

  Zoe Robinson, she cut my pizza incorrectly into squares after I repeatedly said I wanted it normally. She then served it to me and didn’t offer to make a new one, keep in mind I paid for this pizza.

  As someone who isn't gluten free by choice, it takes a lot of trust when ordering food that the money you've paid for gluten free is actually considered in the order. For the second of three times I've visited this store, my gluten free pizza base was completely disregarded and I was sick all night. I'm only gluten intolerant but if I were a coeliac, I would be severely unimpressed.

  Very disappointed with my order today especially the LOADED pepperoni with very few pepperoni!!!Both very dry and burnt.
